Kegiatan ini diinisiasi oleh Satlantas Polres Ngawi dengan mengusung pokok pembahasan rapat yaitu rencana strategis kegiatan Keselamatan Berlalu Lintas dan Koordinasi Kelancaran Pelaksanaan PAM Lebaran 2025. Rapat yang berlangsung pada Kamis, 27 Februari 2025 ini bertempat di Polres Ngawi dihadiri anggota FKLL antara lain Kepolisian, Dinas Perhubungan, Jasa Raharja, Dinas Kesehatan Ngawi, Dinas Pariwisata, Jasa Marga Madiun \u2013 Ngawi dan Jasa marga Ngawi-Solo, Satuan Pol PP Ngawi dan Perwakilan Pengusaha Otobus di Ngawi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam rapat tersebut Kepala Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Ngawi menyampaikan tentang beberapa rencana kegiatan peningkatan keselamatan berlalu lintas salah satunya dengan melaksanakan survey jalur black spot, Evaluasi ke layak jalanan ruas jalan Ngawi, dan anev rutin. Dalam rapat ini disepakati beberapa hal sebagai upaya pencegahan laka lantas dan kelancaran Lebaran 2025 yaitu PAM anggota Kepolisian di Seluruh Pos Pengamanan dan Pelayanan, Penambahan lampu penerangan jalan, Himbauan pemasangan sticker reflektif bagi pemilik truk dan perusahaan otobus dan pelaksanaan Rama check on the spot.<\/p>\n<p>Rudi Elfis Kepala PT Jasa Raharja Madiun menyampaikan bahwa sejalan dengan program keselamatan transportasi yang telah rutin Jasa Raharja laksanakan, rencana tim FKLL Ngawi ini dapat dikolaborasikan dengan kegiatan PPKL, Educare dan kegiatan keselamatan transportasi lainnya.
